NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, that all persons claiming to be creditors of the above named Deceased or having any claim against or interest in the property of the Deceased who died on 1st May 2014 are hereby required to send on or before the 10th October 2015, particulars of such claims or interests to the undersigned solicitor for the Personal Representatives of the Deceased.

AND NOTICE is hereby given that after 10th October 2015 the said Personal Representatives will proceed to convey or distribute the Estate of the said Deceased among the parties entitled there to having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars have been received.
