PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1995, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The SSL UK Pension Scheme (formerly known as the Seton Healthcare Group plc Contracted-in Money Purchase Scheme) (the “Scheme”) is being wound up with effect on and from 15 May 2015.
Anyone (including, but not limited to former employees of one of the above companies) who believes they were a member of the Scheme, and thinks they are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme but who has not been contacted about the wind-up, or who is a widow, widower, child or dependant of such a person, please contact the Trustees of the Scheme c/o The Discontinuance Solutions Unit, Mercer Limited, Westgate House, 52 Westgate, Chichester, PO19 3HF. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write no later than two months of the date of publication of this notice.
It is the Trustees’ intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement under the Scheme within two months of the date of this notice they will not be liable to secure benefits for you.
If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or you have received announcements from the Scheme in respect of the wind-up, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements.
