Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 May 2014 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 June 2015 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Elizabeth Mankapr Koroma who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 3(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Elizabeth Mankapr Hasan-Moriai and assumed the name of Elizabeth Mankapr Koroma.
