Passion Capital II LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, on 3 July 2015, Stefan Glaenzer and Robert Dighero both transferred interests in Passion Captical II LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registered No LP016427 (the “Partnership”), to Familie & Vaekst ApS and Stefan Glaenzer transferred interests to Lopo Champalimaud and that, with effect from 3 July 2015, Familie & Vaekst ApS and Lopo Champalimaud were admitted to the Partnership as Limited Partners and Robert Dighero ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership while Stefan Glaenzer continued as a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
