NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that Veritas Pension Insurance Limited has transferred to ISF II SPV all of the interest held by it in Nordic Mezzanine Fund III Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP013132 and that therefore Veritas Pension Insurance Limited has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
