At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Flat Bajo3, Bloque 62, Gran Lago, Empuriabrava, Spain, on 15 June 2015, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lisa Jane Hogg, (IP No. 9037) and Joanne Wright, (IP No. 15550) both of Wilson Field Ltd,The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Liquidators be authorised to act joint and severally in the liquidation for the purposes of such winding-up.”
