Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Nils Luessem has transferred his entire interest in Belltower III L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL006005 (the “Partnership”) to L Advisory SNC. As a result of the transfer, Nils Luessem has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and L Advisory SNC has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
