NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 (Deceased Estates) of the Trustees Act 1925, that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interest in the estate of the above-named deceased, who died 5th November 2014 are hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned Solicitors acting for personal representative of the above named deceased on or before 20th August 2015 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
