Pursuant to Rule 4.31 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given in the matter of the UK branch of Rafidain Bank formerly of 7-10 Leadenhall Street, London EC3V 1NL that the provisional liquidators’ appointment has been terminated. The date of termination is 4 March 2015. The termination is in accordance with the terms of an Order of the High Court of Justice, dated 4 March 2015.
