MEMBERS FINAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989,that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at Napier & Sons, 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast, on Friday the 10th day of JULY 2015 at 11.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members showing the manner in which the Winding-Up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation may be given by the Liquidator.

A Member who is entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend to vote instead of them. It is not necessary for the proxy be a Member. Proxy Forms if intended to be used should be lodged with me no later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting.
