By Interlocutor of 1 June 2015 the Sheriff at Jedburgh ordered intimation, advertisement and service of the Petition and ordained any person wishing to object to the craves of the Petition to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court, Castle Gate, Jedburgh TD8 6AR within eight days of such publication, service and advertisement.
