Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors for the purpose of establishing a creditors’ committee and agreeing the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration.
