Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 May 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20 May 2015 Iftikhar Uddin Ahmed Mian (Father) and Uzma Iftikhar (Mother) as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of Fasih Uddin Ahmed Mian, who is a Child and Single and a British Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Fasih Uddin Ahmed and assumed the name of Fasih Uddin Ahmed Mian.
