1. “That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

2. “That Isobel Susan Brett of Bretts Business Recovery Limited, 141 Parrock Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 1EY is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up”.
