Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 March 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 1 April 2015 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Tegan Glynis Annissa Nash-Rixson, who is a child, and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Annissa Glynis Rixson and assumed the name of Tegan Glynis Annissa Nash-Rixson.
