Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29 January 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 April 2015, I, Bobbie Louise Gales Sewell Petford, of 182, Newhampton Road West, Wolverhampton WV6 0RP, Married/Civil Partnership, British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Bobbie Louise Gales Petford and assumed the name of Bobbie Louise Gales Sewell Petford.
