Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 February 2015 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 April 2015, I, Emma Rachel Rogers, 35 Cootes Lane, Middleton on Sea, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO22 6HN Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved, British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Emma Rachel Crowhurst and assumed the name of Emma Rachel Rogers.
