“That by resolution of the members and creditors Julie Swan and Mark Phillips, both of PCR, 2nd Floor, Cuthbert House, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 2ET, (IP Nos 9168 and 9320) are appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that the Joint Liquidators’ remuneration be based on the time costs, including those incurred in matters falling outside their statutory duties undertaken at the request of creditors and the liquidators be at liberty to draw fees on account in accordance with the foregoing resolution without further reference to creditors.”
