THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE A4 AND A30 GLA ROADS AND A3006 GLA SIDE ROAD (GREAT SOUTH WEST ROAD, BATH ROAD AND GREAT WEST ROAD) (LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW)(30 M.P.H. SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2015
1. Transport for London, hereby gives notice that on 13th April 2015 it made the above named Order under section 83 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order comes into force on 27th April 2015.
2. The general nature and effect of the Order would be to impose a speed limit of 30 m.p.h. on the following roads approaching Henlys roundabout : A30 Great South West Road, A4 Bath Road, A3006 Bath Road and A4 Great West Road
3. The roads affected by the Order are A30 Great South West Road, A30 Great South West Road, A4 Bath Road, A3006 Bath Road and A4 Great West Road in the London Borough of Hounslow.
4. The lengths of the roads affected are currently subject to a speed limit of 40 m.p.h.
5. A copy of the Order, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of:

6. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
