THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (East Midlands) (No.07) Order 2015“ authorising the stopping up of 2 irregular shaped southern part-widths of Fen Road comprising part of a layby which lies adjacent to No.s 6 – 16 Fen Road at Timberland, in the District of North Kesteven to enable development as permitted by North Kesteven District Council, reference 14/1204/FUL.

COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/EM/S247/1746) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at North Kesteven District Council, District Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, Lincs NG34 7EF.

ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 23 April 2015 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
