Notice is hereby given by Jeremy Woodside and Christopher Ratten (IP Nos 9515 and 9338), both of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF that a meeting of creditors of Laserflex Limited will be held at Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP, 9th Floor, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3HF on 30 April 2015 at 11.00 am for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving the proposals of the Joint Administrators for achieving the objectives of the administration, and also to consider establishing, if thought fit, a creditors’ committee.
