Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE JARROLD & SONS LIMITED STAFF PENSION PLAN
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person (including any former part-time employee) of Jarrold & Sons Limited or his or her dependants, having an entitlement to benefit under the Jarrold & Sons Limited Staff Pension Plan is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim to the Trustees whose address is c/o Jarrold & Sons Limited, Whitefriars, Norwich NR3 1SH on or before 15th June 2015 after which date the Trustees will wind up the Plan and distribute any remaining assets. All members of the Plan who are known to the Trustees have already had their benefits transferred to the Jarrold & Sons Limited Senior Management Pension Plan or secured by the payment of winding-up lump sums. No response is required from members whose benefits have been so transferred or secured. After 15th June 2015 the Trustees shall not be liable for the assets of the Plan, or any part of them distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they shall not by then have had notice.
