NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, James Neill, Administrator, intend to make a first and final distribution to creditors of the above named Partnership, within two months of the last date of proving. The last date for creditors to prove their claim in order to participate in the dividend is Friday 29 May 2015. Creditors should send details of their claim to the Administrator’s office, HNH Partners Limited, Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH.

Any creditor has not proved their debt before the last date of proving mentioned above will be excluded from this dividend and not entitled to disturb the distribution of that dividend.

No further public advertisement of invitation to prove will be given.
