NOTICE CONVENING FINAL MEETINGS OF MEMBERS AND CREDITORS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 92 OF THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the final meetings of members and of creditors of URSC Limited will be held at the offices of HJS Recovery, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton, S015 2EA on 2 May 2015 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the liquidator (pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidator.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of HJS Recovery, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton, S015 2EA by no later than 12.00 noon on 11 May 2015.
