Real Lettings Property Fund Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that on 27 March 2015 Broadway Homelessness and Support transferred their entire interest (including their entire capital contribution) in Real Lettings Property Fund Limited Partnership (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP015265) to St Mungo Community Housing Association causing Broadway Homelessness and Support to cease to be a limited partner of the Partnership and St Mungo Community Housing Association to be admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
