TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTEREST
Notice is hereby given that on 27 March 2015, Pavilion Trustees Limited acting in its capacity as trustee of Brockton Dunedin UK Industrial Property Unit Trust transferred its entire interest in Dunedin UK Industrial Property Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP 13514 to Brockton Dunedin (Trustee) Limited as trustee of the Brockton Dunedin UK Industrial Property Unit Trust and therefore ceased to be a partner in the Partnership.
