“That the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Antony Denham and Sarah Long, both of DL Partnership (UK) Limited, DLP House, 46 Prescott Street, Halifax, HX1 2QW, (IP Nos 9613 and 9615)

be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up”.
