“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Neil Bennett, of Leonard Curtis, One Great Cumberland Place, Marble Arch, London W1H 7LW and Martin Weller, of FRP Advisory LLP, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood CM13 3BE, (IP Nos. 9083 and 9419), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
