At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY on 13 March 2015, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David Rubin, of David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY, (IP No. 2591) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
