Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 November 2014 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20 January 2015, Nicholas Peter de Mallet Hawes, Holly Tree Farm, Middle Street, Bower Hinton, Somerset TA12 6LL, Single and a British Citizen under section 11 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Nicholas Peter Hawes and assumed the name of Nicholas Peter de Mallet Hawes.
