Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106A(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that we, Paul Howard Finn and James David Robinson, both of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR, (IP Nos 5367 and 1827 respectively) were appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company by the Secretary of State on 18 February 2015. Creditors who have not done so are required, on or before 10 April 2015, to send their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to them to be necessary.

The Joint Liquidators do not propose to summon a meeting of creditors for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee at this juncture. However, under the provisions of Rule 4.57 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, creditors with the support of at least 10% of the total value of creditors may request that such a meeting is summoned. Any requests must be made in writing and be accompanied by a list of the creditors concurring with the request and the amount of their claims in the liquidation.
