1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to;

a) Change the single yellow line outside 46 Charlotte Road to a double yellow line no waiting at any time.

b) Change the motorcycle bay opposite 17-19 Mehetabel Road to a shared use bay 4 hour maximum stay.

c) Remove the permit bay outside 16-20 Dereham Place and replace with double yellow lines.

d) Introduce shared use bays 4 hour maximum stay and no waiting at any time restrictions on the newly developed Road off Woodberry Down.

e) Amend the restrictions on Woodberry Down in line with amended restrictions on street. Reducing the resident permit bay and extending the double yellow lines.

f) Amend the current traffic management order to represent restrictions in place on the following streets.

Chatsworth Road, Homerton Road, Queensbridge Road, King Edward’s Road, Roding Road, Chelmer Road, Rushmore Road, Glyn Road, Powerscroft Road, Churchill Walk, Fenn Street, Wardle Street and Clarissa Street.

g) Clissold Crescent – extend the shared use bay opposite Taverner House by 1 metre north replacing a section of waiting and loading restrictions.

h) Introduce disabled bays Outside No. 2A Trehurst Street, 55 Cazenove Road, 7 to 11 Dunn Street, 2 Stamford Grove East, 21 Marlborough Avenue, 10 Hillstowe Street, 8 and 144 Daubeney Road. Opposite 136 Lea Bridge Road. Reinstate Disabled Parking Bay outside No. 37 Sharon Gardens.

i) Remove disabled bays at the following locations: Nos. 86 Alkham Road, 28 Belfast Road, 2A Bethune Road, 188 Brooke Road, 5 and 71 Casimir Road, 44 Chardmore Road, 70 Cleveleys Road, 27 Darenth Road, 122 Daubeney Road, 5 Durlston Road, 118A and 240 Evering Road, 22 Forburg Road, 23 Holmbury View, 29 and 63 Ickburgh Road, 249 Kyverdale Road, 15 Leweston Place, 23 and 38 Linthorpe Road, 33 Moundfield Road, 36 Narford Road, 9 Northdene Gardens, 35 Northfield Road, 108 Olinda Road, 48 Oswald Street, 26-48 Pedro Street, 25 and 47 Reighton Road, 29 Southwold Road, 18 Theydon Road, 46 Lingwood Road, 15 and 26 Thornby Road and 47/49 Warwick Grove. Opposite Millfields Community School - Hilsea Street, Outside Morriss House and 15 Wrens Park - Warwick Grove, and Derby Court - Overbury Street. At the side of No. 18 Millfields Road on Alfearn Road.

3. Plans of the proposed measures can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until a period of 21 days from the date, on which this notice is published, in the reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Keltan House, 89-115 Mare Street, London, E8 4RU. 4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to the Assistant Director (Public Realm) at the address specified in paragraph 3 above until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
