2. That Amanda Janice Ireland and Alison Jane Collier be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 13 February 2015 the appointment of Amanda Janice Ireland and Alison Jane Collier as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.

Amanda Janice Ireland (IP number 9274) and Alison Jane Collier (IP number 12252) both of McCabe Ford Williams, Bank Chambers, 1 Central Avenue, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 4AE were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 13 February 2015.
