Notice is hereby given that The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham intends to make the above Order under Sections 6, 124 and Parts I to III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and all other enabling powers.

The effect of this Order will prohibit vehicles from travelling in any direction other than:

• a from north-west to south-east along Faircross Avenue, Barking between its junction with Monteagle Avenue and its junction with Longbridge Road;
• b from south-east to north-west along Park Avenue, Barking between its junction with Longbridge Road and its junction with Monteagle Avenue.

Copies of the draft Order together with a plan and statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing this Order are available for inspection at the Planning Application desk, Town Hall, Barking and at the offices of the Chief Executive, Civic Centre, Dagenham between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday for a period of 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this Notice.

Any objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent for the attention of Daniel Connelly to the address below.
