Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 6 February 2015 (i) BEV SFP LP transferred 54.185% of its interest in Bridgepoint Europe V ‘B1’ LP being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP015949 (the “Partnership”) to BEV GP LLP and (ii) the following limited partners transferred 100% of their interest in the Partnership to BEV GP LLP:

a) California Public Employees’ Retirement System;

b) Washington State Investment Board;

c) PEF 2014-2015 Pass Limited Partnership, C.V.;

d) The United Nations on behalf of The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund;

e) Nordea Liv & Pension Livsforsikringsselskab A/S;

f) Nordea Life & Pensions Investments Norway-SICAR-S.à.r.l; and

g) Sitra, The Finnish Innovation Fund,

and consequently on that date, each of the above listed limited partners ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
