“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Glyn Mummery and Jeremy Stuart French, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE, (IP Nos 8996 and 003862) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
