Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the final meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at BM Advisory, 82 St John Street, London, EC1M 4JN on 9 March 2015 at 12.00 noon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of receiving any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.

The following resolutions will be put the meeting: For the approval of the joint liquidators’ final report and receipts and payments account and for the release of Michael Solomons and Andrew Pear as Joint Liquidators of the Company. A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a full statement of account, at the offices of BM Advisory, 82 St John Street, London, EC1M 4JN not later than 12 noon on the working day prior to the meeting.
