Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994, that the final meeting of the creditors of the Partnership will be held at the offices of Frost Group Limited, Airport House, Purley Way, Croydon, CRO OXZ on 7 April 2015 at 11.30am, for the purpose of laying before the meeting an account showing how the winding up has been conducted and the above named Partnership’s property disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators and to determine whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release.

A creditor is entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a creditor of the above named Partnership.

Proxies for use at either of the meetings must be lodged, together with proof of debt, at the offices of Frost Group Limited, Airport House, Purley Way, Croydon CRO OXZ no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the date of the meeting.
