THE CROYDON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2015
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on the 02 February 2015 made the above mentioned Order under Section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions “at any time” throughout the week in the lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
3. Copies of the Order which will come into operation on 09 February 2015 and of all associated Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, at the Enquiry Counter, “Access Croydon” Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.
4. A copy of the Order may be obtained from Highways and Parking Services, Development and Environment Department, P.O. Box 1462, Croydon, CR9 1WX.
5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
