The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled ‘The Less Favoured Area Compensatory Allowances Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015’ (S.R. 2015 No.16), which comes into operation on 3 February 2015.

The Rule establishes the Less Favoured Area Compensatory Allowances Scheme rules and provides the legislative authority for the payments under the Scheme.
