Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 27 January 2015 Mark Elliot (the “Transferor”) transferred his interest as a limited partner in Hawk Caledonia LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL11226 (the “Partnership”), including (without limitation) a capital contribution of £45,900 (the “Transferred Interest”), to Elian Employee Benefit Trustee Limited, as trustee of the Sparrows Employee Benefit Trust (the “Trustee”) and that with effect from 27 January 2015 the Trustee assumed all rights and obligations in the Transferred Interest and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
