Notice is hereby given that on 19 January 2015, the Company was placed into Liquidation by Order of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, and that Russell Crumpler of KPMG (BVI) Limited, PO Box 4467, 3rd Floor, Banco Popular Building, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands was appointed Liquidator of the Company.

Notice is further hereby given that, in accordance with section 179 of the Insolvency Act 2003, a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held on 2 February 2015 at the offices of KPMG (BVI) Limited, 3rd Floor, Banco Popular Building, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands at 10.00 am for the purpose of holding the Company’s first meeting of creditors. Creditors attending the meeting should notify the Liquidator of their intention to do so by 12.00 noon on 30 January 2015.

Creditors of the Company are to prove their debts or claims on or before 28 February 2015 and to establish any title they may have, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or excluded from the benefit of objecting to the distribution.
