I, Gerald Irwin, of Irwin & Company, Station House, Midland Drive, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B72 1TU, hereby give notice that on 14 January 2015, I was appointed Liquidator of the above named Company, by its Members.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above Company intends to make a first and final distribution to creditors.

Creditors of the above mentioned Company are therefore required, on or before 9 March 2015, to send to me their full names and addresses and full particulars of their debts or claims and if so required by notice in writing from me, are personally or by their solicitors to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of such distribution made before such debts are proved.

All known creditors have been, or will be, paid in full but if any persons consider that they have claims against the Company they should send in full details forthwith.
