1. The London Borough of Hounslow proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Parking Places Orders would be include Hamilton Road into the proposed controlled parking zone (CPZ) in Brook Road South area which would operate between Mondays to Fridays 10am-11am and 7pm to 8pm in which vehicles displaying a valid permit may park. There will also be some pay and display parking bays with charges of £2.00 for 60 minutes, pro rata. Additionally an “event day” controlled parking zone would operate on Saturdays between the hours of 2.30pm and 3.30pm on an event day in the same roads as the Brook Road South CPZ. Details of which streets will fall under these proposed CPZs can be found in Schedules 1 and 2 to this Notice. Detailed information on the bays can be found on the Councils website.

3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading amendment Order would be to further amend the London Borough of Hounslow (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2008 by amending the waiting restrictions in Hamilton Road as detailed in Schedules 3, 4 and 5 Notice. Detailed information on the bays can be found on the Councils website.

4. The general effect of the Disabled Persons Parking Places Order would be to further amend the Hounslow (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.1) Order 2008 to designate disabled parking places in the streets detailed in Schedule 6 to this Notice

5. Documents giving detailed information of the proposed Orders can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice:

(a) online www.hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar;

(b) at the Forms and Documents Counter, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN between 9am and 4.15pm Mondays to Friday; or

6. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of the objection to the Director of Regeneration, Economic Development & Environment at the address above or by email to traffic@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P007/15 to be received by no later than Friday 13 February 2015.
