Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 8 January 2015 Kirkon Keskusrahasto transferred 100% of the interest held by it in Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund II (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP 11265, to CCF PE II LP (the “New Limited Partner”) and that with effect from 8 January 2015, the New Limited Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner and Kirkon Keskusrahasto ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
