At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Maple House, High Street, Potters Bar, Herts EN6 5BS on 7 January 2015 the following resolutions were duly passed; No. 1 as a special resolution and No. 2 as an ordinary resolution:-

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Mr M Arkin of Arkin & Co., Maple House, High Street, Potters Bar, Herts EN6 5BS be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up”.
