The purpose of the meeting is to have an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the joint liquidators. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the company at The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL4 8AN, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting, proxies received by fax at that time will be accepted.
