NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the members of the Company will be held at Cavanagh Kelly, Chartered Accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 36 - 38 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT71 6AP on 13 February 2015 at 11.00 am to be followed by the final meeting of the creditors at 11.15 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and property of the Company has been disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidator.

The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors’ meeting:

1. That the Joint Liquidators’ receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Joint Liquidators receive their release

3. That the books and records of the Company be destroyed by the Joint Liquidators 1 year after their release

A person entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.

Proxies, if intended to be used, must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12 noon on the 12 February 2015.
