Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 1 January 2015, The Prudential Insurance Company of America transferred 100% of its limited partner interest in CCP VIII LP No.2.2 and CCP IX LP No.2, both limited partnerships registered in England and Wales with respective numbers LP011027and LP013153 (together the “partnerships”), to Prudential Legacy Insurance Company of New Jersey, and consequently on that date Prudential Legacy Insurance Company of New Jersey, was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership and The Prudential Insurance Company of America ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnerships.
