Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 31 December 2014, Mizhuo Bank, Ltd, transferred 100% of its limited partner interest in CCP VIII LP No.1.2, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011025 (the “partnership”), to Lexington Private Equity XII, L.P., and consequently on that date Lexington Private Equity XII, LP., was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership and Mizuho Bank, Ltd., ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
